Premier Outside Catering from The Farm Shop in Baycliffe has been established for the past 18 years. We cook all our meats from our village butchers, produce our own pastries and pies and home bake and prepare all our cakes and desserts in our country bakery. All salad items are freshly chopped by hand. When we say our food is homemade it means exactly that! We use only the best of our local produce buying our fruit and vegetables from Billy Metcalfe based in the nearby market town of Ulverston and our seafood from Esk Valley Seafood’s from Bootle.

Wonderful Weddings

We will be a part of your Wedding Day as much as you need or as little as you like! We offer a full range of menus to suit all appetites and budgets. Prior to your wedding we will meet you to discuss specific requirements and talk about exactly how you want your day to go. To begin with we can provide a full set up service so your venue is looking perfect on arrival. On your special day we can greet you with a range of arrival drinks, offer a full bar facility throughout the day & supply our homemade Canapé’s whilst guest mingle. Our MC can make announcements ready for the Bride & Grooms line up and staff will be happy to direct guests to their seats. Our MC will then follow with the Wedding formalities. We can also provide table linen and serviettes as well as a cake stand and knife and will portion and distribute the cake after the official ‘cutting’. Wedding packages are quoted individually.

Perfect Parties

We cater for any occasion, in a venue of your choice at whatever time you require us. Helen or Nicola are happy to discuss any menu changes or special dietary requirements your guests may have. Our buffet prices are on a food only basis provided with polystyrene plates, serviettes and good quality plastic knives and forks. Our friendly staff can be supplied and a full range of crockery, cutlery and glassware at an additional charge. There may also be a small delivery charge depending on smaller numbers and if your venue is outside our regular service area.

Corporate Events

Local businesses are welcomed to hire us as often as they need - available 7 days a week our friendly staff are happy to provide business breakfasts, light lunches, afternoon teas, hot and cold evening menus and of course hot and cold beverages all freshly delivered in refrigerated vehicles. Also for those extra special events - new product launches, early project completion, new business openings, civic celebrations etc we can provide a ‘Champagne and Canapés’ reception.

Bar Facilities

If you have an event which requires a bar we can offer a full range of beers, wines and spirits as well as a variety of soft drinks and of course glassware. We will also apply for a TENS licence for your event.

Windermere Lake Cruises

Premier Outside Catering is proud to be one of the nominated Caterers on board the Steamers and Windermere Lake Cruise Boats. We offer a wide range of menus for you to indulge in and accompany you during your journey on the Lake. Civic Sunday - June 2009

The annual welcoming celebration for the new town Mayor Cllr Norman Bishop- Rowe. After the procession through the market town of Ulverston we greeted them in the Coronation hall with our delicious Afternoon Tea.

Mayors Ball - September 2009

Cllr Norman Bishop-Rowe invited us as his caterers to serve our 'Celebration Buffet' for this formal evening before the ball room dancing began.

Stollers 50th Anniversary Cruise - July 2010

For numerous years we have supplied their famous café with fresh meat and bakery products. We were honoured to cater for the north west's biggest award winning furniture store to celebrate 50 years in business on a glorious evening sailing along Lake Windermere. A special Canapé menu was served.
